Would you like to hear a tale?

I have always wondered is there a way to make my voice heard by others. Is there a way to tell what I have spent hours day-dreaming about, while my teachers and lecturers talking nonstop in front of me?

I spent my childhood in a small town named Kuala Lipis, located in the middle of Western Peninsular Malaysia. It is a peaceful and simple town, which I think I have to pressure the local authorities to put more effort into restoring its historical value before I invite you all to visit that little hometown of mine.

However, circumstances dictated that I had to spend another half of my childhood in the capital of Pahang state- Kuantan.

After primary school, I enrolled into the Royal Military College of Malaysia, in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur (2004-2007, A-Coy). So, RMC Boys and ex-Boys, do feel free to drop your contacts.

Bittersweet memories of the bold and fearless, from the place called ‘Home of Future Leaders’

After my graduation, I got a scholarship offer to further study at Russia, for a Medical Degree. Thus another 6 years I spent in the Motherland Russia, where I had fun seeing the other side of the world, and experience a different culture.

6 years abroad, I finally came back to serve my country.

Now, I’m a Medical Officer in Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan, Pahang, serving under the Malaysian Ministry of Health. My passion is to alert the public regarding the stigmatization of the mentally ill, and to advocate that psychological support matters in the treatment of such patients.

I do strongly believe that stories, if told correctly, to the correct person, will able to provide an insight to those in distress and help them to see light in their sorrow.

No matter they are true or imaginary.

Mainly, I am a medical doctor currently pursuing to be a certified Psychiatry Specialist… In the meantime…

I love writing and telling stories

I provide psychological therapy and counseling for the mentally ill

I sometimes enjoy being an Young Leftenan in the Malaysian Reserve Army

I enjoy helping the needy as a Rotarian
